Refund policy
Refund Policy.
All custom items are final sale. Certain non custom items can be returned for credit but must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 7 business days of receipt. All freight charges and restocking fees for any approved returns will be subtracted from the return credit amount issued. All return requests must be approved by Nexafurn. All, non custom, online purchases are refundable.

Claims and Merchandise Returns.
If parts are missing or received damaged, contact Nexafurn within 5 days from your arrival date. All warranty claims must be sent in writing to Nexafurn together with the original or photocopy of the original purchase receipt and the following justification pieces:
- Picture of the whole product
- Picture of the damage or defect on the product
- Picture of the product individual identification label (when applicable)
Nexafurn reserves the right to ascertain the basis for a request. Defective merchandise may not be returned until receipt of Nexafurn’s written authorization and shipping instructions are given. Nexafurn reserves the right to replace merchandise deemed defective with similar merchandise of same value if original merchandise is no longer available.
Cancellation Policy.
Nexafurn will accept cancellations for stock item orders that have not yet shipped from a supplier or are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once in production.
Our Warranty.
Nexafurn hereby warrants the welding and metal and or wood structure of its products based on that items manufacturers warranty stipulations. Commercial or institutional use. Metal, wood and upholstered products are warranted against damage caused by material and workmanship defects, occurring during a normal use and under the conditions for which the products are designed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear of paint, lacquer or upholstered coverings.
- Variations in surface materials (ex: matching grains, color and textures across different substrates or lots).
- Defects and damage resulting from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair or alteration or from negligence.
Under this warranty, Nexafurn will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost during the warranty period, except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the purchaser.
This is a limited warranty; any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under the law, Nexafurn disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damage.
